30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

How to Return

Contact support@chloren.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and shipping label (for defective items).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Defective/Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
